Eighteen years after the birth of Lee's Ice Cream, in 1997, Steven Rubin, a young entrepreneur, purchased a gourmet dessert company named Claudia's Kitchen and dreamed of one day creating a "Claudia's Kitchen Cookie Ice Cream." Four years later he made that dream a reality when, along with his father Jacques, Steven purchased Lee's Ice Cream, and both desserts destinies collided in the creation of Lee's fresh baked flavors.

In January of 2004, Lee's proudly introduced a new line of all natural, super-premium pints into the market. With classics like Vanilla, and Death By Chocolate, to our chunky fresh baked flavors like Fudgie, and with new flavors such as an Original Cookies and Cream on the way, Lee's Ice Cream truly has something for everyone.
